This group was a blast!  Sherree and Paolo held a very intimate wedding at the University Club Atop Symphony Towers in downtown San Diego.  It may have been small in organization but it was big in personality; they were relaxed and surrounded by great friends who helped build an incredibly memorable day for them.  Something of note – since this wedding, the University Club has undergone a remodel – be sure to check it out!

Christine and Mitch’s wedding was held at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.  Cheryl Carlson from A Social Sense was their bridal consultant.  She helped them put together a wonderful day and a super elegant reception.  Wayne Foster Entertainment was the band for the evening.

Dana & Arash traveled to San Diego for their destination wedding.  Sharon Cole with A Dream Wedding helped them pull together this beautiful event.  The wedding was held at L’Auberge Del Mar.  Adding to the success of the event were these additional vendors:

Tessilk Florals did the flower arrangements

Invitation Theory designed the custom table cards and seating chart

The 2010 wedding season is in full swing and I have been super busy this summer working with more amazing couples!  Case in point: Jua & Moon.  Their wedding was coordinated by Cheryl Carlson from A Social Sense.  Jua and Moon had such a fun day and their ceremonies were simply beautiful.  The wedding was held at the Hilton Torrey Pines and Jerry Beck with Beck’s Entertainment, was their DJ.

This was an especially memorable wedding for me because Jennifer and Matthew were married where I was; the Lutheran Church of Incarnation in Poway!  It was a lot of fun to be back there and reminisce. This particular wedding also stands out because I have known the bride and groom, along with their families, for many years.

Their reception was at the Rancho Bernardo Inn – a place I always enjoy.  And a good friend of mine, Mike Hogan with Entertainment at Large, was their DJ.

Ilda & Matt had a fantastic winter wedding.  It’s hard to believe that summer is just around the corner! But looking back at these beautiful beach pictures reminds me of how spoiled we are in San Diego – summer lasts all year long.

Their ceremony was held at the Corpus Christ Catholic Church in Bonita and the reception followed at The Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine.  The vendors did a beautiful job, as always.  Here is a list of those involved:

Amber and Sean’s wedding gave me the chance to get some great contemporary and quirky wedding pics!  The Volkswagon was classic and we had a lot of laughs working with it.  There were so many pictures to choose from; it was hard to narrow it down for this post.

The held their ceremony  The Dana in Mission Bay, on a beautiful day – look at that blue sky!  And Angie Metts from Absolutely Events was their bridal consultant.

I feel such a connection to this family – Vanessa is the third sister in the family I’ve been lucky enough to photograph!   I couldn’t feel more honored to have been asked back so many times.

Marla Lackey with Cheers to You Events, was the planner for this event.  It was a beautiful early afternoon wedding held at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa.

Kristen and Pete have lively personalities that really shined at their wedding.  They let loose and seemed to enjoy every moment of the day.  Their ceremony was held at Mission Basilica San Diego de Alcala and the reception was at the Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla.  What a fantastic contrast these two venues offered between the old {very old!} and the new.
